Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
As part of their ongoing mission to enrich the lives of area preschoolers and their families, the Oyster River Parents & Preschoolers are excited to introduce the Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL) initiative, a program aimed at promoting early childhood literacy by providing all young children in the Oyster River School District (not just ORPP members) with free, age-appropriate books every month.
Every child aged 0 - 5 years could have books of their very own, at no cost to you, thanks to the Oyster River Parents & Preschoolers and Dolly Parton. Each month a new, carefully selected book will be mailed in your child’s name directly to your home. He/she can look forward to new and exciting reading adventures from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library until he/she turns five years old as long as you remain a resident of the Oyster River district. Should the child move outside of Oyster River, he/she automatically exits the program.
