Monday September 11, 18 & 25, 10:00am – 10:45am – Gentle Yoga in Partnership with the Lee Recreation Department: Basic yoga poses done at a less intense and slower pace with an emphasis on stretching. The class will incorporate the use of a chair for those needing some assistance with balance movement and with difficulty getting to the floor for mat work. We will finish with breath work and simple meditation to relax and slow the mind and body. Modifications will be demonstrated to help and welcome people of ALL fitness levels enjoy the benefits of class without risk of injury and with respect for any physical limitations. This welcoming atmosphere is meant to provide an opportunity to meet and connect with others in our community. The cost is $5 per class or unlimited Monthly Senior Pass for $25. Monday September 25, 6:00pm – 8:00pm – Crafty Creations, Virtual or In-Person Crafting for Adults: Join us (via zoom or in person) as we create wonderful decorations for your home or garden. Pick up your supply program kit from the library and tune in to zoom or come in to the library and create in person! This month we’ll be creating Felt Autumn Wreaths. Please call or email to sign-up.

Tuesday September 26, 6:00pm – 7:00pm – Author Visit with Steve Carter, All Cars Run to Park Street: Join us as we meet local writer Steve Carter. Born in Weymouth, Mass., and a lifelong resident of the greater Boston area, Steve Carter is a jazz guitarist, bass player, and writer. He taught music and English at Berklee College of Music in Boston. He now lives in Dover, NH. Steve will talk about his first novel, his inspiration and how he came to be an author!
