Saturday March 14, 9:30am – 11:30pm – Gratitude Jars (ORCR Event): Join us at the library to make your own Gratitude Jar. A fun hands-on activity where you’ll decorate a jar and fill it with notes of appreciation, happy moments, and everyday wins. Whether it’s a big joy or a tiny smile, each note helps capture the good stuff. Take your jar home and watch it fill up with reminders that even ordinary days can be great!

1000 Books Before Kindergarten
This library program encourages Lee families to read 1000 books with their young children before they enter kindergarten. It’s easy... just1000booksbeforekindergarten.org/ register and keep track of how many books you’ve read on a reading log. We’ll help you celebrate the first 100 books milestone with the gift of a canvas book bag. And at each 100 books mark, you’ll get a 100 books sticker. Reach 1000 and you’ll receive a copy of Miss Bindergarten Gets Ready for Kindergarten! Registration and participation is ongoing. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Lee Public Library. |
